About Derek

I’m a husband, father of two, and a master of dad jokes (my kids may not appreciate them, but I stand by my work). My wife and I got married in 2015, had our first kid in 2018, the second in 2019, and have been running on caffeine and love ever since. We love the outdoors—camping is our family’s favorite pastime, and I also enjoy fishing, though the fish seem to have a strict “catch and release” policy… where they do the releasing.
