About Brenda

A native of Chattanooga, TN, I have worked in the real estate industry since 2002. I am a broker serving Chattanooga and NW Georgia. My husband Mike is also a licensed Broker and we work as Team Purcell. We specialize in both residential and commercial real estate. I hold a BS Degree in Consumer Science and Business from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. My education also included studies at Tennessee Technological University. I am actively involved with the Chamber of Commerce and a 1993 graduate of Leadership Chattanooga and the Greater Chattanooga Association of REALTORS, Leadership Academy. Designations include the ABR, SRES and CRS.

As Team Purcell, we have over 30 years of experience in real estate. Mike holds a MBA degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. His undergraduate was received from Tennessee Technological University. We are both active in the Greater Chattanooga Realtors and the Tennessee Association of REALTORS. Mike is presently serving on the GCR Board of Directors.
