About Beth

I am Beth Brock Dodson and I've been living and breathing real estate for over 26 years. Born and raised here, I know the city like the back of my hand and I can probably recommend the best dinner spot in town too (I'm kind of a local guide on the side) I attended the University of Tennessee , so you can say I'm more Chattanooga than sweet tea and Southern Hospitality.
In 1999, I teamed up with my wonderful mother, Frances Vantrease, to create a powerhouse real estate team. I am blessed to be able to work along her daily Working together, we've combined our years of experience to offer a personal, thoughtful approach to buying and selling homes
I have been married to my wonderful husband, Darryl, for over 23 years. Darryl is a general contractor and through his great knowledge in building I have learned a lot about the field of new construction. In 2022 I received the designation as a CERTIFIED NEW CONSTRUCTION SPECIALISTS.
